Firstly, our Managing Director will come and visit you in your home and provide you with a market rent valuation and make you aware of all the Letting Regulations and Laws that you as a Landlord are expected to adhere to. We can advise on Tax implications, Insurance requirements, your own requirements for a successful Let and discuss our full service in detail.

  • Advertising & Marketing your property
  • Setting up, attending and following through all viewings
  • Credit checking and reference checking all prospective tenants
  • Preparation of Leases and all legal documentation
  • Preparation of Full Inventory
  • Regular Inspections
  • Monthly client accounting

We would stress however that one should not solely rely on the rental income to support any mortgage on any property.
Please also remember that your property is at risk if you do not keep up monthly payments on a mortgage or secured loan secured against it.
Interior Design and Furnishings

When our Managing Director visits your property initially, she will give advice on the best conditions to suit any Let. This may mean that you will need to redecorate parts of your home and possibly replace some furnishings ? this will only be advised if absolutely necessary as we cannot take on a property that does not comply with government legislation.

If you require our assistance with the redecoration and/or providing furnishings which comply with all regulations, we will be only too pleased to assist.
Our fees will depend on the extent of our involvement and we can advise on costs at each stage of the service or we can work to your budget.
