So, you are looking for a property to rent? Well, we can help you find your ideal flat or house in an area of your choosing and within your budget. We have property for rent in Scotland and we hope that we can help you in your search.
In order to assist us search for you, we ask that you provide us with a detailed description of your exact requirements. We guarantee a response to your request within 24 hours of receiving it.
Therefore we need to know your preferences e.g. area, how many bedrooms, price level, gas or electric heating, garden, If you have children, pets and whether you smoke. Whether you require availability for sky, cable tv, phone, a garage, a lift, parking, whether you prefer new-build or older type property. Our new-build apartments will almost all be factored ? which means that another company look after the landscaping, stair cleaning, look after the lighting and lifts In a stair ? all of which you do not pay for! This is the landlord?s responsibility.

Once you find a suitable property for rent, the procedure is as follows:-

An application must be completed for each tenant
A credit check/reference fee of £85 plus VAT per individual or £145 plus VAT for a joint application is required before we can proceed ? this reserves your chosen property. Please note this is a non-refundable administration fee.
When acceptable references are supplied a deposit is payable equal to £100 PLUS one month?s rent prior to entry.
On the day of entry your first full months rent is payable and all future rents must be paid by standing order on the same date each month.
We recommend that you take out contents and personal possession insurance and/or loss or accidental damage to your own and to your landlord?s property. You can also insure your bicycle if required.
